Dr. Lillian is simply… the best! I initially went for upper shoulder/neck pain since I am a very uptight type A person and work a desk job. She has become a significant part of my overall wellness routine and I look forward to our visits every couple of weeks. I leave there feeling relaxed and less tense. She also has such a beautiful, welcoming personality and really cares about her patients! I will be a patient for life! :)

Dr Lilian has been helping our entire family for years.  She is gifted in many ways, the least of which is helping all of us feel better! I’ve been seeing Dr. Lilian for adjustments, and I can’t say enough about how much she’s helped me. The tension I used to feel in my lower back and shoulders from long hours at my desk has significantly improved. The hip pain I’d experience after exercise and even during sleep is now nearly gone. Her treatments have made such a positive impact on how I feel overall. I always leave her office feeling so much better—relieved and refreshed. I had a great experience with Dr. Lilian. She really knew what she was doing, and I left feeling completely cracked and aligned. Her technique was impressive, and I appreciated how she took the time to explain each step of the process.

Dr. Lilian Awad helped me tremendously when I was around 2-3 months postpartum with my second son. I had Diastasis Recti issues after my first son and saw a different chiropractor in NY, then since moving to CT Dr. Awad was the second chiropractor I found. The first one frankly hurt me, but with “Lilian” I just felt better as you hope you would after an adjustment. The initial screening, pictures and education of where I was misaligned and what we’d work on was amazing. My son now is 3 years old and I’ve continued to see her for the same ‘ol postpartum “holding a growing toddler” problems throughout my body. She is a godsend and I get so much more out of our conversations than just an adjustment. I will follow Dr. Lilian wherever she goes.

After many years of pain and long searching to find someone that could help me…. I found Lillian !
Since starting my treatment with Lillian I have noticed a significant decrease in pain and more movement in my body. Less migraines and sleepless night! Not to mention I saw her throughout one of my pregnancies and helped me with separated pelvis.
She has been amazing and is such an amazing person. You can tell she puts her all into her work and she has the biggest heart!

Lillian also sees my two daughters 5 years and 5 month old. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her to see my kids.
