No Show Appointment Policy
At Be Well, we are committed to providing high-quality care and respecting the valuable time of all our patients and staff. In order to best serve our community and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Patients are welcome to cancel or reschedule their appointments by calling, texting, or emailing our office. We ask that you kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible, so we may offer your appointment time to another patient in need.
No Show Policy
A No Show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notification.
In the event of a No Show, a $25 No Show Fee will be charged to your account.
This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid by credit card.
